How long will my Tate's Bake Shop cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked to be thin and crispy. Once opened, we recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain their signature crunch for up to two weeks.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer a dedicated line of certified gluten-free cookies, including our fan-favorite Chocolate Chip and Ginger Zinger flavors, baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
How do you handle shipping for fragile cookies?
We take great care in packaging our crispy treats. All orders are packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive at your door in the same condition they left our bakery.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are there nuts in your bakery products?
While many of our cookies do not contain nuts, all of our products are baked in a facility that processes walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, and almonds. Please check individual packaging for specific allergen warnings.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your cookies' journey from our ovens to your home.
